Synopsis: Written and Directed by Shankar Patil, Chandal Chowkdi is a story about four brothers. The Deshmukh brothers torture the innocent villagers and create havoc at any given moment. The whole village is irritated by their demeanor but remain silent as they lack the will to retaliate with the brothers. The brothers once kidnap a poor innocent village girl Hounsa and rape her. Appalled and unable to bear the shame, Hounsa commits suicide. Fortunately for the villagers, Lobaji Rao comes to their rescue. Lobaji is a very resolute and ingenuous man. He hates injustice of any sort. Will he be able to tackle the evil brothers? Will the innocent villagers get their liberation from the clutches of wickedness?
